• Temporary Location Data: We do not continuously collect or track your precise location in the background. Precise device location is accessed solely and exclusively when a sales representative or manager logs a "Doctor Visit" to verify the location of the event. The location data reading is stopped and cleared immediately after this action is completed.
• Operational & Inventory Data: Information regarding stock orders, invoices, payment collections, and leave requests processed through the App.
• Device and Usage Information: Technical data about your mobile device (e.g., OS version, device model) and application performance logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize core App functionalities and workplace workflows.
• Document field operations and validate the authenticity and location of logged doctor visits at the exact moment of addition.
• Enhance App security, prevent fraud, and provide technical support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data with third parties. Data is shared exclusively as follows:

• Organization Administration: Your logged operational and visit data are visible directly to your company’s administrators and managers.
• Service Providers: With secure cloud hosting and analytics partners who are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and property of Ibion and its users.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including data encryption, to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or loss. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Your Choices and Controls

• Location Permissions: You can disable location services through your device settings; however, doing so will restrict sales reps and managers from successfully logging and creating "Doctor Visits" within the App.
• Data Access & Updates: You can request updates or modifications to your account information by contacting your organization's System Administrator (Admin).
